Air Set Cements

These products are best suited for thin film bonding and coating applications from 2 to 125 mils. Because the curing mechanism involves the evaporation of water, working time is indefinite and final cure occurs between 18 and 24 hours. If a faster cure is desired, heat will accelerate the process. Great for assembly line applications.

Insa-Lute Adhesive Cement Nos. 1 and P-1
Inorganic adhesive for insulating, assembling, heat treating, acidproofing, sealing and cementing porcelain.

Aluseal Adhesive Cement No. 2
Ceramic cement paste for applications with small component parts.

TempSeal Cement No. 3
Inorganic adhesive paste that conducts heat and insulates electricity while providing a mechanical moisture barrier.

Electric Heater Cement No. 6
Versatile high-temperature cement for embedding and insulating.

Insa-Lute Hi-Temp Cement No. 7
High-grade silica cement for embedding resistance wires, coating resistors and insulating electrical components

Adhesive Paste No. 19
Fire-resistant adhesive for bonding glass, porcelain, metals, ceramic fiber, wood and felt.

Electric Resistor Cement Nos. 78 and P-78
Used for coating resistors, coils, electric heating elements, furnaces and embedding resistance wires.
