Chemical Set Cements
These products are best suited for potting, bonding and casting applications because they
contain a catalyst and harden in a large mass or thickness. Cure time can be manipulated
through the introduction of heat or energy to suite the need of the user.
Flotemp Cement No. 4
Volume stable potting cement formulated to resist wicking into porous substrates.
Electrotemp Cement No. 8
Zircon based cement for use where high insulation values and thermal shock resistance are required.
Insultemp Cement No. 10
Strong bonding cement used for high electrical insulation and thermal conductivity.
Thermal Potting Cement No. 11
Ceramic based potting compound ideal for thermocouple applications.
Electric Insulating Cement No. 12
Inorganic cement for bonding or potting high-alumina ceramics.
Zircon Potting Cement No. 13
A non-corrosive, zircon base cement used where high electrical insulating and thermal conductivity are desired.
Low Expansion Cement No. 29
Zircon based cement for embedding heating elements, insulating thermocouples and coating resistors and coils.
Cement No. 31
Fire-, gas- and acid-resistant cement recommended for assembling, sealing and insulating porcelain, tile, ceramics, metal, wood, glass, etc.
Sealing Cement No. 33S
Strong bonding cement ideal for coating molds and forms used to cast special shapes.
Electric Refractory Cement No. 350
Two-part cement used as a wash coating for sand resin bodies and as a refractory coating.
Refractory Coating No. 360
Heat cured refractory coating recommended for disposable thermocouple tubes and induction furnace Linings.
Plastic Porcelain No. 30
Magnesium oxide base fireproof material used for insulating wires within explosion-proof fixtures.
