INSA-LUTE™ ADHESIVE CEMENT 1 Paste & P-1 POWDER

Adhesive Cement is specified throughout the automotive, appliance and assembly industries for bonding, insulating and encapsulating applications.

LOCKTHRED™ CEMENT 1S

LockThred™ Cement 1S offers advantages for use as thread locking cement. It is formulated to flow into place and then bond tenaciously. LockThredTM enables long service life due to its volume stability and resistance to extreme temperatures.

ALUSEAL ADHESIVE CEMENT 2 – PASTE

No. 2 is a ceramic cement paste offering good bond strength and thermal shock resistant properties for assembling, sealing and cementing porcelain, glass, metal and other materials.

TEMPSEAL CEMENT 3 – PASTE

No. 3 is an inorganic adhesive paste offering high temperature resistance combined with sealing capability superior to other refractories.

FLOTEMP CEMENT 4

No. 4 is used for potting applications where high electrical insulation and thermal conductivity are required. No. 4 is specially formulated to limit the wicking nature of a porous substrate.

ELECTRIC HEATER CEMENT 6

No. 6 is a versatile high-temperature cement used for refractory coatings, lining furnaces, embedding electric heating elements, coating resistors, molding and insulating.

INSA-LUTE HI TEMP CEMENT 7 - PASTE

No. 7 is sodium silicate adhesive cement used by leading electrical manufacturers. The cement exhibits outstanding resistance to heat and electricity.

ELECTROTEMP CEMENT 8

No. 8 is primarily used where high electrical insulation and thermal conductivity are desired. No. 8 cures by a chemical-set and is ideal for potting applications subject to high temperature and/or thermal shock.

INSULTEMP CEMENT 10

No. 10 is primarily used where high electrical insulation and thermal conductivity are desired. No. 10 is a phosphate-bonded material that cures by a chemical-set and is ideal for potting applications subject to high temperature and/or thermal shock.

THERMAL POTTING CEMENT 11

No. 11 is primarily used where high electrical insulation and thermal conductivity are desired. No. 11 is chemical-setting cement ideal for potting applications subject to high temperature and thermal shock.

ELECTRIC INSULATING CEMENT 12

No. 12 is inorganic cement used for applications requiring high dielectric strength and volume resistivity through 2200oF. No. 12 offers low shrinkage and coefficient of thermal expansion making it excellent cement for bonding or potting high-alumina ceramics.

ZIRCON POTTING CEMENT 13

No. 13 is primarily used where high electrical insulation and thermal conductivity are desired. No. 13 cures by a chemical-set and is ideal for potting applications subject to high temperature and/or thermal shock.

THINNING LIQUID 14

No. 14 is a soluble sodium silicate solution which is used to reduce the viscosity of various Sauereisen cements, permitting more flowable consistency for dip, spray or brush application.

ADHESIVE PASTE 19

Sauereisen Adhesive Paste No. 19 is an inorganic, odorless, nontoxic cement used for bonding glass, porcelain, wood, felt, cork, metal and ceramic fiber.

LOW EXPANSION CEMENT 29

No. 30 is an inorganic, chemically-setting, magnesium oxide base material which expands slightly while hardening to a porcelain-like body. No. 30 is used for assembling silverware and cutlery, insulating lead wires on electrical fixtures and sealing conduits to prevent the spread of explosive gas.

PLASTIC PORCELAIN 30

Magnesium oxide base reproof material used for insulating wires within explosion-proof mixtures.

ELECTRICAL CEMENT DW-30

No. DW-30 is an inorganic, chemically-setting, magnesium oxide base material which develops a slight expansion while hardening into a porcelain-like body. Sauereisen No. DW-30 is dimensionally stable from -100°F to +900°F and will not corrode resistance wires at elevated temperatures, it is recommended for embedding heating elements and potting resistors.

CEMENT NO. 31

Sauereisen Cement No. 31 is white, porcelain-like cement that is widely used throughout industry in a variety of applications including assembling, sealing, insulating and cementing of ceramics, porcelain, metal, and glass.

POTTING CEMENT 32

No. 32 Potting Cement is chemical setting cement based on a sodium silicate binder, which exhibits an extended potlife. For ideal performance, the cement should be heat cured at 150oF (65oC) to induce a final set after application. The cement is ideal for bonding ceramics, glasses or most metals.

SEALING CEMENT NO. 33S

No. 33S is a chemical-setting, inorganic, silicate-base cement that is used for assembly/sealing applications common to electrical equipment. It is ideal for coating molds and forms used to produce special shapes and patterns.

ELECTRICAL REFRACTORY CEMENT 75

No. 75 is castable, hydraulically-setting cement used as a bonding mortar or refractory coating for high-temperature assembling, encapsulating and potting applications. No. 75 may also be cast or gunite applied to protect concrete from thermal shock.

ELECTRICAL POTTING CEMENT 76

No. 76 is castable, hydraulically-setting cement used as a bonding mortar or refractory coating for high-temperature assembling, encapsulating and potting applications.

ELECTRIC RESISTOR CEMENT 78 PASTE & P-78 POWDER

Used for coating resistors, coils, electric heating elements, furnaces and embedding resistance wires.

ELECTRIC REFRACTORY CEMENT  350

No. 350 is chemically-setting inorganic cement specified for high temperature bonding applications. The product is supplied as two-component sodium silicate cement consisting of a Powder and Liquid which are mixed together as used.

REFRACTORY COATING 360

No. 360 is a heat-cured refractory coating for ex-spendable thermocouple tubes and induction furnace linings. No. 360 exhibits excellent coating properties and may be applied by rolling, dipping or casting.
